Twitter Picker is a free tool that lets you create contests and select winners from a tweet using our retweet picker.

After entering your tweet link or id, Twitter Picker pulls all the users that retweeted the tweet which you can then draw. Optionally, you may customize the filter requirements to avoid drawing a bot.

Unlike other public pickers, Twitter Picker pulls every retweet and displays them on an entries table all while providing a seamless user experience. Other pickers only pull the last 100 retweeters and/or charge you with an over-priced subscription.
